OK, just an observation about small independent office space companies and large serviced office companies.
What are they good at?
Small: Extremely attentive to clients
Small: Lower cost
Large: Providing premium quality space
Large: Make clients look prestigious to potential business partners
What are they not so good at?
Large: Not being so attentive to clients
Large: Sometimes adding extra costs via small print
Small: When traveling on business cannot help so much as companies with multiple centres.
